Director of Product Management, Personal Care – Remote (1904)
Our client, a specialty chemical distributor, is looking for a Director of Product Management to join their team with a focus in the Personal Care market. This person will be responsible for the strategic growth and commercial performance of an assigned portfolio of supplier relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive specialty chemical experience across a variety of management channels with a focus in Personal Care.
- Demonstrated record of owning a portfolio P&L (or its equivalent).
- In depth experience in commercial analytics.
- Knowledge of pricing strategy in a distribution setting.
- Strong leader who can build alignment across functions and drive outcomes without relying on positional authority.
- Executive presence and credibility with senior internal and external audiences.
Location/Travel: Remote-based position, East Coast or Central time zone preferred. Limited overnight travel.
