Operations Lead – Wisconsin (1860)
Our client, a global specialty chemical company, is looking for an Operations Lead to join their Wisconsin team. This person would be responsible for overseeing daily production and activities, along with keeping an eye toward continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of operations experience in the food/flavors or closely related industries required.
- A passion for team leadership and a track record of developing high-potential team members, identifying and addressing areas of improvement or bottlenecks early and effectively.
- Knowledge of food products, processing techniques, equipment, and inspection procedures. Understanding of GMPs, quality, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and SQF 2000 standards.
- Ability to interpret formulas and processes along with strong problem-solving and corrective action skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Location/Travel: Onsite in Wisconsin. Minimal overnight travel.
