In a world filled with a plethora or recruiters and recruitment consultants, it is difficult to find an organization and individual consultants who strive to understand the needs of client and candidate. I have been on both sides of the fence with Cambridge Consulting and found both experiences excellent. Jennifer excels in understanding the client needs and wants, where their business is going, and how to find the right candidates not only in terms of ability but also personality and culture. She works closely with candidates to understand them and only brings together those people where there is a genuine match. Overall, I cannot recommend Cambridge Consulting highly enough.
