Account Manager, Food – West Coast (1728)
Our client, a specialty ingredient and chemical distributor, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. This person would be responsible for maximizing growth and driving territory expansion.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree required, relevant technical degree is a plus.
- 2+ years experience in Food and/or Nutrition; 4+ years preferred.
- 1+ years experience in a customer-facing sales role;4+ years preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to sell a technical, value added ingredient.
Location/Travel: Home-based anywhere west of the Rockies. Travel between 30% – 50% depending on the location of the candidate.
