Regional Sales Manager, Personal Care – MW to WC (1741)
Our client, a global specialty chemical/ingredient company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager. This person would be responsible for managing and mentoring a high performing team of account managers across the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- BA in Business and/or BS in Chemistry, Biology, or related field, technical degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in sales or business development within the personal care and beauty market.
- Experience working with specialty chemical products.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to direct, grow, mentor, and support a high performing sales team.
- A record of accomplishment generating business, both with established and new accounts.
- Ability to develop strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Track record of effective skills in training, motivating, and managing a sales team, with the ability to have hard conversations as needed.
Location/Travel: Anywhere from the MW to the WC. Up to 30%-50% overnight travel.
