Sales Manager, Personal Care and HI&I – Remote (1742)
Our client, a leading global expert in chemical manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team. This person would be responsible for maintaining and defending established business throughout the Americas and managing distributors.
Requirements:
- University degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Business administration; technical degree and/or formulation experience is a plus.
- 5+ years relevant professional experience, preferably with deep knowledge of the Personal & Homecare industry and formulations for hair-care and cosmetics applications.
- Initiative and strong negotiating skills with a solution-oriented approach and the ability in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience managing distributors, ideally both inside and outside the US, is preferred.
- Competence in Portuguese/Spanish language is a plus.
Location/Travel: Home office-based in the Eastern time zone. 10-15% overnight travel.
