Director of Regulatory: Dietary Supplements – East Coast or Midwest (1771)
Our client, a global leader in ingredients, is looking for an experienced Sr. Manager/Director to join their team. This person would be responsible for leading and developing a Global Regulatory Affairs team.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of management experience in dietary supplements.
- Solid team leadership experience and exceptional people skills for collaboration, influence and to develop employees.
- Expert knowledge of the global and/or regional regulatory landscape for probiotics and dietary enzymes is ideal.
- Advanced degree in Regulatory Science, Biology, Toxicology, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or similar fields.
- In-depth knowledge of probiotics and/or dietary enzymes.
- Experience or practical knowledge within the dietary supplement industry.
- Understanding of the regulatory landscape of live biotherapeutic products.
- Extensive global experience in interaction with regulatory agencies and evidence of product approvals and registrations.
- Extensive experience in regulatory advocacy and skilled at working with agencies.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills across global teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good organization and project management competencies.
- Strong influencer and collaborator with interdisciplinary teams.
Location/Travel: Commutable to the office in Northeastern US or Midwestern US. Up to 25% overnight travel.
