Sr. FP&A Manager – New Jersey (1784)
Our client, a global leader in sustainable ingredients, is seeking a FP&A Manager to join their team. This person would be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis as well as assisting with financial administration and compliance.
Requirements: Must have executive gravitas, critical thinking skills and ability to make decisions. CPA or MBA preferred. Demonstrated accomplishments and career growth in a well-run organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent work experience required; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of successful progressive Finance experience required, preferably in a large corporate setting.
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with Executive-level leaders across the organization.
- Firm grasp of corporate finance concepts, practices, and tools.
- Experience leading OR managing budget/forecast.
- Excellent business-savvy with a consultative approach; ability to influence and collaborate with senior level leaders across organizational lines.
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage, triage, and prioritize multiple priorities from different stakeholders.
- Ability to respond to changing environment, agility in mindset and approach.
- Comfortable developing clear and insightful presentations and speaking in front of the general company and executive leadership.
- Willing to challenge common assumptions.
- Eager to pitch in and assist as necessary to help the team accomplish functional and corporate goals; strong sense of drive and initiative.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools as well as experience with ERP and other planning tools required.
Location/Travel: Hybrid role based in New Jersey.
