
Customer Service Director – Northeast (1795)
Our client, a rapidly growing company in North America, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Director to join their team. This person would be responsible for implementing new programs and managing customer service representatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and 8+ years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading a team.
- Demonstrated expertise in people management, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and in-depth knowledge of customer service processes and the distribution market. They use a combination of Microsoft Dynamics and their ERP is P21 (Epicor Profit21).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to analyze reports.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Personality: Upbeat, high energy, sense of humor.
- Must not be just tactical- must show examples of strategic leadership.
Location/Travel: Hybrid role based in Connecticut.
