
Procurement Manager, Chemicals – Texas (1890)
Our client, a global chemical manufacturer, is looking for a Procurement Manager to join their team in Texas. This person would be responsible for being the strategic procurement partner in the Americas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; a field of study in Chemistry, Engineering, Business Administration, or MBA is preferred.
- At least 5 years of proven procurement experience within a reputable multinational company, in either upstream or downstream operations
- Formal negotiation training or certification preferred.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Location/Travel: Hybrid role based in Texas, commutable to the office 3 days/week. Up to 20% overnight travel.
