Enzyme Modification Specialist & Flavorist – WI (1726)

Our client, a global leader in specialty manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Enzyme Modification Specialist & Flavorist to join their team. This person would be responsible for leading projects and maintaining an organized laboratory environment.

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of Flavor creation Experience.
  • BS degree in Food Technology, Chemistry or Life Sciences with 7+ years in creative function.
  • Membership in the Society of Flavor Chemists is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze projects for commercial potential and viability and the ability to deemphasize projects that will not be scaleable to manufacturing.
  • Solid Project Management experience.    
  • Proven ability for learning new computer/software systems.
  • Ability to build & maintain strategic working relationships. 
  • Strong communication skills.

Location/Travel: Onsite in WI. Up to 30% travel for tradeshows and customer visits.
