Head of Finance/Operations – Chicagoland (1830)
Our client, a chemical company, is looking for a Head of Finance/Operations. This person would be responsible for building and managing a cross-functional team from the ground up.
Requirements:
- Financial and Operations Leadership, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
- Should have broad operations/finance leadership experience.
- Cross-functional leadership of back-office services–Accounting, IT, HR, Supply, etc.
- Experience in a small company, a start-up or a smaller business within a larger organization is desirable.
- Flexible, independent, very proactive.
- Excellent management skills building and motivating strong teams.
Location/Travel: Chicagoland-based. Very limited overnight travel; no more than 10%.
