Plant Manager, Personal Care – Onsite in Illinois (1766)
Our client, a North American leader in speciality manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join their team. This person would be responsible for leading a flagship location and working with direct reports, as well as driving the team to improve.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Processes, Operational Management or a similar field.
- 7+ years related experience.
- Successful track record of delivering consistent OEE improvements while providing 95%+ on time, in full (OTIF) service to customer.
- Experience with lean tools including, kaizen, 6-Sigma, Continuous Flow Operations, Autonomous and Total Productive Maintenance, Workplace Organization, People Development, Value Stream Analysis.
- 3+ year experience using SAP, SPC and WMS preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Location/Travel: Onsite in Illinois.
