Sales Director – Pharma Ingredients (1702)

Our client, a leading North American chemical distributor, is seeking a proactive Sales Director to manage a team of sales professionals across the US. This person will  be responsible for coaching junior representatives and driving sales growth.

Requirements: 

  • Five plus years’  sales management experience from a similar life sciences background (excipients, API, large molecules and/or biologics).
  • Must demonstrate they are a true sales manager and who functions as a hands-on sales management leader (but not a micromanager)
  • Strong business acumen who will drive business opportunities and have instant credibility with the sales team.

Location/Travel: Any major metro area. ~40-50% overnight travel.
