Technical & Commercial Development – Agriculture Chemicals Location: Open (1739)

This is a highly unusual opportunity in terms of quick career advancement–a rare hybrid technical and commercial role. The primary responsibility of this person will be to discuss formulations with the agricultural products manufacturing customers, acting as the technical expert for this group, internally and externally. The second part of the job is to quickly gear up to take over commercial leadership of the entire business by identifying resource priorities to help scale up the business, evaluating immediate deficiencies, identifying what kind of hiring needs to be done to support the business, setting a strategy, managing P&L, etc.

Requirements: Tech degree, + five plus years in the ag industry, with extensive knowledge and experience of agricultural product formulations as well as business/sales/commercial experience and acumen. 

Location/Travel: Up to 50% across the US.
