VP Global Quality, Health – Northeast (1775)
Our client, a leading global manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced individual to join their team as the VP of Global Quality in the food/nutrition space. This person would be responsible for strategic leadership across global manufacturing sites while managing both direct and indirect reports. They will interact with all levels of the organization and will work to streamline quality standards globally.
Requirements:
- A strong change agent with exceptional people skills and solid technical background.
- Experience managing large networks of people and job sites.
- 10+ years proven experience in a senior QA leadership role within a global manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of quality.
Location/Travel: Northeast-based, commutable to the office. Up to 10% overnight travel, including international travel.
