VP Sales & Marketing, Sanitation – Midwest (1685)

Our client is an extremely fast growing chemical company, expanding rapidly across the US. They are seeking a strategic commercial leader to manage a large established team of sales reps as well as new business development within the food/ dairy processing industry. They offer exceptional career development opportunities as well as a generous base salary and a lucrative performance pay package, plus company car.

They are seeking an experienced sales leader (sales management experience is required) with a successful track record of sales of chemicals or ingredients to the dairy processing industry in the Midwest.

Requirements:

  • Experience in team leadership (at least 2 years)  in the food processing industry. Sanitation chemicals for the cheese and dairy processing industries would be ideal, but will consider food ingredients experience as well.

  • Seeking a candidate with integrity and a strong work ethic who has professional presentation and communication skills for interacting at C-Suite levels within customer accounts.
