
Business Development Manager, Nutrition – Remote (1782)
Our client, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join their team. This person would be responsible for developing strategic relationships and a strong customer base in the nutrition/nutraceutical market.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in sales, particularly new business development in nutritional ingredients.
- Knowledge of turn-key products, co-manufacturing, and formulation of nutraceutical/ nutrition/dietary supplements is a plus.
- Someone driven, self-motivated, resourceful and creative at identifiy new business opportunities.
- Well-connected and engaged in the nutraceutical industry. Proven activity in trade associations is strongly preferred.
- Technical education is preferred but not required if individual is very familiar with claims based technical products and has many years of NBD experience in the nutrition/ nutraceutical space.
Location/Travel: Remote-based in any major US market, with an average of ~35-40% overnight travel.
