
Global Business Manager, CASE – Fully Remote
Our client, a global specialty ingredients company, is seeking a Global Business Manager to join their team in the CASE market. This person would be responsible for the growth and optimization of a global ingredients portfolio through–
- Identification and management of supplier relationships globally
- Working directly with sales team to guide on portfolio strategies
- Working directly with upper management on long term strategies for growth.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years’ experience in the CASE industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required, technical degree is a plus.
- A true subject matter expert in CASE chemicals market, with the knowledge and contacts that entails.
- Knowledge of suppliers and capabilities, but also end-customer use cases.
- A fundamental understanding of formulations
- Global market experience, ideally India, Africa, the Middle East, South America & Australia.
- Experience in product/project/portfolio management, moving a product need identification/creation to commercialization, with a proven record of overseeing product lifecycle management, from development through post-market support, to optimize asset value across the portfolio.
- Able to identify and develop opportunities for distributing specialty chemicals through strategic partnerships.
- Customer facing experience through sales or technical service prior to moving into portfolio management is ideal
Location/Travel: Remote-based anywhere in the US, with up to 50% overnight travel.
