Quality Manager, Food – Missouri
Our client, a leader in food manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Quality Team Leader to manage an experienced team of 10 direct reports in a fast-paced setting. This role will be very visible within the organization, will be a key leader at this priority manufacturing site and offers lots of room for long-term career development and advancement. Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of quality assurance, food safety, or regulatory compliance leadership experience within food manufacturing, food packaging, or consumer packaged goods industries.
- Extensive knowledge of FDA regulations, SQF, FSMA, HACCP, GMPs, preventive controls, food defense, sanitation, and food labeling requirements.
- A leadership style that focuses on developing and growing talent and helping your team gain new skills and advance their careers
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, Food Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
