Sales Director, Personal Care – Western US (1913)
Our client, a leader in specialty contract manufacturing services, is seeking a senior business development and sales professional for a Director of BD & Sales – Personal Care role. This person will strategically and intentionally drive new business development and will also have established accounts. This is an ideal fit for a a proven hunter who wants the stability of a leading company and an established book of business, but who thrives on bringing in new customers.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of personal care contract manufacturing and/or private label business development and sales experience.
- Proven track record of strategically identifying and developing new business as well as growing revenue at established accounts.
- Stable career history and the desire to become the recognized face of the business unit.
- Ability to travel as needed across the Western US.
Location/Travel: Remote based in the Western half of the US. Overnight travel 25-35% dependent on where the candidate is located.
