Maintenance Manager, Contract Manufacturing – MO (1879)

 Our client, a specialty chemical company, is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their Contract Manufacturing plant in Missouri. This person would be responsible for overseeing and leading all maintenance aspects of this critical facility. 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree ideal but lack thereof may be offset by significant relevant experience.   
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.  
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in batch or discrete manufacturing  
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.  
  • Effective verbal and written communication.  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP, eMaintenance, and AutoCAD is a plus.  
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and technical capabilities.  
  • Basic project management skills.  
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM, reliability-centered maintenance, or similar methodologies. 

Location/Travel: Onsite in MO. No routine overnight travel.
