Plant Manager, Personal Care – Northern Illinois (1903)
Our client, a specialty manufacturing company, is looking for a Plant Manager to join their team. This role is critical for the organization and is a great opportunity for someone who is a strong leader.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Processes, Operational Management, or a similar field preferred, but may be offset by focused, relevant experience.
- Minimum 7+ years of related experience.
- Successful track record of delivering consistent OEE improvements while providing 95%+ on-time, in-full (OTIF) service to customers.
- Experience with lean tools including Kaizen, Six Sigma, continuous flow operations, autonomous and total productive maintenance, workplace organization, people development, and value stream analysis.
- 3+ years of experience using SAP, SPC, and WMS preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Location/Travel: Onsite Northern Illinois. Limited overnight travel.
