Account Manager, Personal Care – Montreal (1896)
Our client, a specialty chemical company, is searching for an Account Manager for their team in the Personal Care market. This person would be responsible for driving sales growth and developing business with new and existing customers.
Requirements:
- Technical degree- Bachelor of Science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering- is preferred, not required.
- 3+ years sales with a track record of success in the Personal Care markets within the territory.
- Distribution experience strongly preferred.
- Ambitious, Humble, Good listener, Responsiveness
- Track record of success, growing a territory.
- Price negotiation, ability to sell value.
- French and English fluency preferred
- Strong track record of sales growth and account management in previous roles.
- Relationship First – Demonstrated strength of relationship-first sales. Focused on building long-term partnerships that begin with customer care and needs.
- Experience collaborating with customer R&D, technical service, and purchasing teams.
- Ability for regular day travel and some overnight travel.
Location/Travel: Based in Montreal. Minimal overnight travel.
