Sales Manager – Canada (1837) 

 Our client, a leading North American chemical company, is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. This person needs to have previous sales management experience in chemical markets with the ability to make critical decisions and foster growth in sales representatives. 

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree required. 

• 10+ years commercial experience. 

• Proven sales track record with customers/consumers in the Canada specialty chemical market.  

• Broad knowledge of chemical distribution – sales, marketing, procurement, financial, etc.  

• Proven sales management experience leading a technical sales team, and leadership skills in coaching and team building.  

• General knowledge of consumer and marketplace trends within Canada.  

Location/Travel: Home office based in Canada. Up to 50% overnight travel.
