Plant HR Manager – IN (1923)
Our client, a leading manufacturer of consumer products, is seeking a well-rounded, experienced HR professional for a site-level role. The HR Manager will be highly valued and a true partner with the site. They will interact regularly with corporate leadership and partner with the plant manager to site-level team to devise strategies to effectively onboard new talent, minimize the need to use temps and contractors, and optimize employee satisfaction. They will have a real opportunity to make their mark on a growing operation within a diversified organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, PHR certification or master’s degree preferred
- 8+ years related HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- People leadership experience
- Working knowledge & understanding of recruiting practices, employment law, and partnership in a matrixed environment
- Must possess proficient Microsoft Office© skills and relevant working knowledge of HRIS
- Spanish language skills are highly desired
Location/Travel: Based near Indianapolis with no routine overnight travel.
