R&D Director, Personal Care – Toronto (1919)
Our client, a personal care focused contract manufacturing industry leader, is searching for their next Director of Research and Development.
Location/Travel: Based in the greater Toronto area, this person will have overall R&D responsibility for multiple sites both in Canada and in the US, each with their own R&D Managers.
Requitements:
While a PhD is not required, extensive formulations and previous lab management experience is critical for this role. Previous experience in personal care is a must, either in ingredients sold into and/or a CDMO setting.
